At All Seasons Roofing & Construction, LLC, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality roofing and construction services on every project.
Due to the nature of our work, refunds are subject to the following terms:

Service Cancellations

• Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to any scheduled service appointment in order to request a cancellation.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the work already performed or materials purchased.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of any deposits paid or additional cancellation fees, depending on the circumstances.

Deposits and Payments

• Deposits paid to secure service dates are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• If custom materials or special orders were purchased specifically for your project, the cost of those materials may be deducted from any potential refund.

• Payments made for completed work are non-refundable, except in cases of verified workmanship defects covered under warranty.

Refund Process

• To request a refund, please contact us at nick.allseasonsroofing@gmail.com with your full name, project details, and reason for the request.

• Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after approval.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

• Work has already been substantially completed.

• Damage or issues arise from customer misuse, negligence, or third-party interference.

• Services were rendered based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, effective upon posting the updated policy on our website. Please review this page periodically for changes.
